The Grade II listed stables complex
Red Kite House is a prime example of sustainable development and achieved a BREEAM rating of 'Excellent'.
Kestrel House, is the second 35,683 sq ft (3,315 sq m) highly sustainable HQ building on the Park. Mirroring the specification of Red Kite House it was completed in late 2009 and fully occupied by January 2010. In May 2011, it was awarded the British Council for Office's Corporate Workplace award in the South West regional finals.
The Manor House is an historic Grade II listed building at the heart of the Park.
The Fountain Building located next to the River Thames owes its name to an old fountain built at this location.
The Thames Building is located by the Manor House.
The Innovation Centre is located on the north side of the park.
