Howbery Park is ideally located approximately 10 miles south of Oxford and 13 miles north of Reading on the A4074. It has good communication links to the motorway network via the M4 and M40 motorways and the main A34 trunk road linking Newbury to Oxford. Didcot Parkway train station is 7 miles from the Park and provides quick and easy access to London, Reading and Oxford.

By train - Howbery Park is 7 miles from Didcot Parkway railway station and 4.5 miles from Cholsey station. First Great Western operates express train services to Didcot from London Paddington, Reading, Oxford, Bristol and The West. There are also local train services to Cholsey from Oxford and Reading.
By bus - Thames Travel operate regular bus services from Didcot and Cholsey railway stations to Wallingford, as well as express services from Oxford and Reading directly to Howbery Park.
