The Cottage in Howbery Park
Set in a mature landscaped environment, Howbery Park has extensive views across the farmland and the Chilterns and is set next to the River Thames at Wallingford, Oxfordshire.
The Park has been designed in keeping with its surroundings encouraging the natural environment to form a creative and efficient working place.
Although tranquil in its setting, this secure working environment is close to major conurbations with excellent links by road, rail and bus.
Catering for all sizes of occupier Howbery Park provides a mixture of existing and bespoke ‘design and build’ opportunities, with land available for future expansion. When complete, the Park will have a total developed area of 360,000 sq ft (33,449 sq m) gross, with potential for further recycling of earlier phases.
The Park can provide for a wide range of occupiers from those requiring small, short term accommodation within the Innovation Centre as well as those wishing to create a larger, long term, bespoke base on one of the available pre-let plots.
Outline consent has already been granted for 140,500 sq ft (13,053 sq m) gross of open B1 accommodation.
Howbery Park also offers conference and meetings rooms for hire for business meetings or conferences. For more information, visit our conference page.
